Chalice Circle Sundays

at the UUCNC meetinghouse (222 Temple St, Fredonia)
Religious Exploration experiences are offered for two multi-age groups on the first Sunday of the month:
- Elementary classes (grades K-4) follow Soul Matters themes (in May, Imagination). Children will be introduced to the Shared UU Values.
- Coming-of-age classes (grades 5-8) focus on studying faith traditions and developing personal faith.
And on the third Sunday (May 18) for this group:
- Teen/Adult Discussions focus on topics chosen by participants. This month we’ll focus on the theme of Imagination.
In June, all three groups will meet on the first Sunday only.

Breakfast Potlucks
- Wednesday, May 7, 8:30 AM (1st Wednesday) at the UUCNC meetinghouse (222 Temple St, Fredonia)
- Wednesday, May 14, 8:30 AM (3rd Wednesday) at Fredonia Presbyterian Church (219 Central Ave, Fredonia)
Please bring a breakfast food to share, with an ingredient list for those with food sensitivities.
UUCNC is collaborating with the Fredonia Presbyterian Church to hold community breakfast potlucks on the first and third Wednesday each month, from 8:30-10:30 AM. This will offer us an opportunity to reach out and support one another during trying times. Details are on this flyer: http://www.uucnc.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Breakfast-Potlucks-2025.jpg
Fredonia Presbyterian also invites volunteers to help with the food pantry held at their church each Wednesday. At this link, click on the yellow calendar to sign up: https://www.fredoniapres.org/food-pantry

Friendship Sunday May 11
Do you have friends, family, or other acquaintances who are curious about UUism but have yet to check us out? Are you excited to share your UU faith and community and show your friends what UUCNC has to offer? More importantly, are you ready to share with your neighbors and loved ones how attending our congregation has brought joy and meaning to your life? Don’t we want that for everyone?
The chance to do this is Sunday, May 11 at our 11 AM worship service and potluck immediately following the service. Let’s fill 222 Temple Street with inquiring, inquisitive and yearning souls!
