Social Action Project Proposal Form 2017

Print and complete the form. Proposals must be submitted by Sunday, October 8, 2017. In order for a project to be presented for congregational approval, there must be at least four signatures on the proposal form indicating willingness to serve on the task group for the issue, and any person may serve on only one task group at a time. Scan and email the completed form; only if no one in your task group has a scanner, it’s OK to deliver hard copies to SAC co-chairs. For more information, see the Call for Proposals below.
